This Privacy Policy explains how PixBud (“the App”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use our Android application. PixBud is operated by Realfix Studio, Surat, Gujarat, India. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

1. About PixBud
PixBud lets you browse creative image-based vibes, generate and view text prompts, save favourites, copy or share prompts, and open external AI tools such as Gemini. The App does not generate or store images from your personal photos.
2. Information we collect
Collected automatically
When you use the App, limited technical data is collected automatically through the services listed in Section 4:
- Device and app information, such as device model, Android version, app version, language and region settings.
- App usage events, such as which categories you open, when you add a favourite, or when you copy or share a prompt.
- Crash reports and diagnostic logs to help us fix errors.
- Online identifiers, such as a Firebase installation ID and your device’s advertising ID.
- Your IP address, which is processed when the App connects to our servers and to ad services. We do not use it to identify you personally.
- Ad interaction data, such as ads shown, clicked or watched.
Stored only on your device
Your favourites, theme choice and usage counters are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this data. Clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App removes it.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos or files. If you email us for support, we receive the email address and message you send.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain and improve the App and its content.
- To monitor performance and detect and fix crashes.
- To understand how features are used, in aggregate.
- To protect the App and our servers against abuse and fraud.
- To show and measure advertising, which helps keep PixBud free.
- To send notifications about new content or updates.
- To respond to your support requests.
4. Third-party services
We use the following service providers. They process data under their own privacy policies.

The App may also link to external AI tools such as Gemini. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Advertising
PixBud is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising ID, IP address and device and usage information to deliver, personalise and measure ads and to prevent fraud. Ad formats may include banner, native and rewarded video ads. Some features may require you to watch a rewarded ad.
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent form (through Google’s User Messaging Platform) before personalised advertising is used. Where consent is not given, only non-personalised ads are shown.
6. Your choices and controls
- Advertising ID: you can reset it or opt out of ad personalisation in Android under Settings → Privacy → Ads (the path may vary by device).
- Consent: where a consent form applies, you can change your choice at any time through the privacy options offered in the App.
- Notifications: you can turn them off in your device settings.
- Local data: you can clear the App’s storage or uninstall the App at any time.
- Google settings: you can manage Google ad preferences at myadcenter.google.com.
7. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers in Section 4, who process it on our behalf or under their own policies, and when required to comply with law, protect our rights, or respond to valid legal requests.
8. Data retention
Analytics and crash data are kept only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, in line with the retention settings we configure in Firebase and the policies of our providers. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request. Data stored on your device remains until you clear it or uninstall the App.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the GDPR / UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. PixBud does not hold account data that identifies you, but you can contact us with any request and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Children’s privacy
PixBud is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. International data transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including outside India and the EEA. Where required, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. For material changes, we will provide notice in the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
